Refund Policy

We know plans can change, so here’s how our refunds work:

• Deposits are non‑refundable as they secure your date and cover preparation costs.

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, we’ll refund any payments made beyond the deposit.

• Cancelling between 7–30 days before your event means you’ll receive 50% of your balance back (excluding deposit).

• Cancelling less than 7 days before your event means no refund can be issued.

• If we ever have to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days using your original payment method.
