Booking with Tasty Treats Trailer is simple and straightforward. A deposit secures your date, and full payment is required before your event. If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing — deposits are non‑refundable, but we’ll always do our best to be fair with any additional payments.

You can make small changes to guest numbers or menu choices up to 7 days before your event. We’ll work closely with you to accommodate dietary needs, but please share any allergies or restrictions when booking.

We take food safety seriously, prepare everything fresh, and aim to deliver reliable service. While we can’t control things like extreme weather or venue access, we’ll always communicate openly and do our best to make your event a success.
